Sergipe-Alagoas Basin

The Alagoas facility is located in Alagoas State, and encompasses the municipalities of Boca da Mata, Campo Alegre, Coqueiro Seco, Coruripe, Feliz Deserto (In the vicinities of Paru Field), Jequiá da Praia, Marechal Deodoro, Pilar, Rio Largo, Roteiro, Santa Luzia do Norte, São Miguel dos Campos and Satuba.

In the 2022 thirdPermanent Bidding Offerby The Brazilian National Agency of Petroleum, Natural Gas and Biofuels (ANP), 14 drilling concessions were acquired in the Sergipe-Alagoas Basin, with the area of the blocks totaling 136.7 square miles (354,2 km2).

The drilling complex is comprised of seven concessions. Six onshore: Pilar, Furado, Anambé, Arapaçu, São Miguel dos Campos and Cidade São Miguel dos Campos; one in shallow waters: Paru..

The enterprise includes:

Fourteen (14) drilling blocks

Five (5) fields

Five hundred and ninety one (591) Wells

One (1) Natural Gas Processing Unit

2 Production Plants (Pilar and Furado)

Five (5) Gathering Stations (Anambé, Arapaçu, São Miguel dos Campos, Cidade de São Miguel dos Campos and Paru)

Oil and Gas Flow System: 96.9 miles (156 km) of gas pipelines and 47.2 miles (76 km) of oil pipelines

Espírito Santo Basin

This basin contains three (3) onshore concessions: Garça Branca, Saíra and Mosquito.

Garça Branca
The field is situated next to the urban area of the city of São Mateus in the State of Espírito Santo.

Saíra
The field is located around 21.1 miles (34 km) south of the city of São Mateus in the State of Espírito Santo.

Mosquito
The field, within a perimeter that spans about 4633.2 square miles (12,000 km²), is located around 24.8 miles (40 km) away from the municipality of São Mateus, in the State of Espírito Santo.

Tucano Sul Basin – BA

The Tucano Sul drilling complex is located in Bahia State, and encompasses the municipalities ofÁgua Fria, Alagoinhas, Araci, Aramari, Sátiro Dias, Biritinga, Inhambupe, Ouriçangas, Pedrão, Serrinha and Teofilândia.

In the 2022 thirdPermanent Bidding Offerby The Brazilian National Agency of Petroleum, Natural Gas and Biofuels (ANP), 4 drilling concessions were acquired in the Tucano Sul Basin, with the area of the blocks totaling466.6 square miles (751 km2).

The drilling complex is comprised of four (4) onshore concessions: The fields of Fazenda Matinha, Conceição, Quererá and Fazenda Santa Rosa.

Potiguar Basin

Situated in the southwest portion of the basin, the field of Tiziu spans a 12.8 square mile area (33,4 km²), in the municipality of Apodi, approximately 31 miles southwest of Mossoró city in the State of Rio Grande do Norte.

Recôncavo Basin

The concession area of Fazenda Gameleira encompasses 1447.8 square miles (3, 75 mil km²). The field is located in the municipality of Mata de São João, to the east of Campo de Miranga, around 62.1 miles from the city of Salvador, in Bahia State.
