In just over two years, Origem Energia has developed an internal Quality of Life program for its team spread across Brazil. In addition to awareness-raising activities through lectures, there is a routine for monitoring the results of occupational exams to guide each employee according to their profile. In the operational units, the diet is tailored to health profiles in alignment between the Nutrition and Health departments to keep the daily menu of the cafeterias within the limit of 2,500 calories.
